PARKING IS FREE FOR SUMMER 2026! 

Parking permits are required seven days a week and are available for purchase at the permit dispensers for $2.00. Dispensers are located in each parking lot on campus. Information will be stored electronically (Printed tickets will not dispense).

You can also purchase the permits online at https://rsccd.thepermitportal.com/ and select the "Guest" tab. You will then be asked to register your car into the system. Please have the year, make/model and license plate number of your vehicle ready.

Please do NOT park in spaces marked for Staff members or you will be ticketed.
